1. APPLICATION
Designate a coordinating teacher who will be the main point of contact between your school or college's students and the Holocaust Educational Trust. The coordinating teacher must complete an application form.
We cannot accept applications made by students. We advise schools not to select students at this time as we may not be able to allocate all schools places.
2. RESPONSE
Student places are allocated as we receive applications with priority given to schools who have not previously participated. Please note, places are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with schools who are initially unsuccessful in gaining places placed on the reserve list. The Coordinating teachers will be notified by email if they have been assigned places.
We also offer a very limited number of teacher places, which will be offered on a first-come first-served basis near to the application deadline.
If you have not received an email response from us within three weeks of submitting your application form, please call us on 0207 222 4761 or email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
3. REGISTRATION
Chosen participants must be able to take part in all components of the course.
The coordinating teacher will receive login details, via email, to register their participants via the online registration system. They must submit the names, dates of birth, personal email addresses and contact telephone numbers (mobile number is preferred) of participants, and gain parental/guardian permission. This should be completed promptly after places have been confirmed, by the deadline provided.
The participants will then receive their login details by email to access the online registration. Please refer to the application process for the deadline date. Once registration is complete, participants will gain access to the online learning platform, where they will be able to access all online learning and live sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR PRIMARY METHOD OF CONTACT WITH COORDINATING TEACHERS AND PARTICIPANTS IS VIA EMAIL.
